On 04/25/23 at approximately 4:21 p.m., the victim was walking quickly down Couts Ave in Commerce while talking on her cell phone. As she approached the 2200 block of Couts Ave, the suspect vehicle pulled in a driveway and the suspect got out. He hit the victim with a pistol and dragged her into the passenger side of the vehicle and then drove away.
The victim and the suspect are unknown.
