Senior Counsel at the Internet Accountability Project (IAP), Will Chamberlain, claims to have identified the possible SCOTUS leaker.
In the below series of tweets, he lays out some evidence attempting to connect the dots.
However, he does note he does not have any inside information, and the below thread is speculation based entirely on publicly available information.

According to SCOTUSBlog, she is one of four law clerks for retiring Justice Stephen Breyer (2021-22 term).

I don’t know that Elizabeth Deutsch leaked the draft opinion.
But I certainly think someone who has spent much of their academic and professional life fighting to expand the right to get an abortion could be desperate enough to do so.
