A video shows a pro-abortion demonstrator screaming into a megaphone and running into the middle of a busy street as he approaches Joe Biden’s presidential motorcade.

When the woman got dangerously close to a couple of vehicles in the procession, the Secret Service agent grabbed her and dragged her away from traffic before arresting her.
