Fox News weekend host Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent, unleashed his anger over the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
CNN reports that the FBI raided Trump’s Palm Beach home Monday as part of an investigation into the handling of classified documents that may have been brought there.
Bongino didn’t hold back his thoughts in an appearance discussing the matter on the evening’s episode of “Jesse Watters Primetime,” unleashing a pair of expletives and expressing he doesn’t care that he’s making such comments on national television.
“This is some third-world bullshit right here,” he seethed. “Let me say it again: third-world bullshit. I mean every word of that I don’t care that it’s cable news.”
BREAKING: @dbongino goes off on the FBI Raid on Donald Trump:
Conservative radio host Dan Bongino proceeded to suggest the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home was politically motivated.
“This is a freaking disgrace. A disgrace. We don’t live in Cuba. We don’t live under Kim Jong-un,” he angrily denounced. “We live in a constitutional republic, a representative democracy.”
“You have a bunch of FBI agents raiding the home of a former president because they don’t like his politics?” he added. “Are you kidding me?”
And he’s right. It’s irrelevant if one likes Trump or not. There’s something called due process. The @TheDemocrats are caving themselves even further down that 🕳. Incredible 🤷♂️ https://t.co/GEfAevc1Vz
Republican politicians, in a rare unified show of support for the President, defended Trump and slammed the FBI over the Mar-a-Lago raid.
“The raid of MAL is another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents, while people like Hunter Biden get treated with kid gloves,” said Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis, citing Democrat lawmakers’ push to expand the budget of the IRS to unleash 87,000 agents, also suggested the left is turning the country into a “banana republic.”
The raid of MAL is another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents, while people like Hunter Biden get treated with kid gloves. Now the Regime is getting another 87k IRS agents to wield against its adversaries? Banana Republic.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem called the actions by the FBI “un-American” which, at this point, is evergreen content regarding the corrupt bureau.
“The FBI raid on President Trump’s home is an unprecedented political weaponization of the Justice Department,” she tweeted. “They’ve been after President Trump as a candidate, as President, and now as a former President.”
“Using the criminal justice system in this manner is un-American.”

Or, as Dan Bongino succinctly explains, it’s bulls***.
For all the talk about Republicans discarding democratic norms, the Biden administration weaponizing the Justice Department against their political opponents is an unprecedented attack on a large swath of people, not just Trump.
We no longer have the luxury of feigning ignorance.
